A completed & successful planning submission for an extension to an old cottage in Brobury, Herefordshire. One of the main drivers of this project was to modernise the cottage and add on a super efficient timber frame extension over the existing conservatory footprint, providing a large kitchen with greater connection with the beautiful views to the north, east and south. Key points:

• Circa 3-400mm Cellulose insulated timber wall and roof structure.

• Replacement of the conservatory to accommodate a new kitchen connected to the external spaces, an additional master bedroom, bathroom, utility area and entrance on the north facade.
