Now completed - this project inherits a design and focuses on the technical delivery of an EnerPHit project but without certification. Entirely wrapping the house in graphite enhanced EPS in combination with graphite bead insulation in existing cavities allows Passivhaus standard U Values to be achieved. In depth on site training has led to an interim air-test result of circa 0.75 ach with expected improvements for the final air-test.
